Seven years after Taegukgi: The Brotherhood of War, director Kang Je Gyu returns with the highly anticipated My Way, another big-budget war movie starring two of Asia's biggest actors. Taegukgi leading man Jang Dong Gun and Japanese star Odagiri Joe (Warrior and the Wolf) play two soldiers whose fortunes cross during the Japanese occupation of Korea. Sent to fight in Europe with the Japanese imperial army, the two men are natural enemies by nationality, but in the relentless and unpredictable barrage of war in a foreign land, they become each other's only hope for survival. Billed as the most expensive Korean film of all time, Kang's sweeping WWII drama about finding humanity in the darkness of war is inspired by the real-life story of a Korean POW. The budget can be seen readily onscreen in the film's stunning battle scenes, which bring the heroes to Mongolia, Siberia, and the storming of Normandy. My Way also co-stars Fan Bingbing as a Chinese guerrilla army sniper, and features a Pan-Asian cast that includes Kim In Kwon, Lee Yeon Hee, Cheon Ho Jin, Tsurumi Shingo, Yamamoto Taro, and Sano Shiro. Japanese marathoner Tatsuo (Odagiri Joe) and Korean marathoner Jun Sik (Jang Dong Gun) have known each other since childhood, but their rivalry goes beyond running in a Korea subjugated by Japanese rule. When Jun Sik edges out Tatsuo in an Olympic qualifying race but Tatsuo is declared the winner, riots break out and Jun Sik gets arrested. He is forcibly conscripted into the Japanese Imperial Army and sent to the European battlefront, where his commanding officer is none other than Tatsuo.

Sol Kyung Gu has his work cut out for him in the crime blockbuster Troubleshooter. The acclaimed actor plays private eye Tae Sik, who is hired to snap photos of a couple at a love motel. It seems like just another job until he walks in on a corpse. He flees the crime scene, leading the police to suspect him to be the killer! A mysterious caller (Lee Jung Jin, Once Upon a Time in High School) who knows Tae Sik's every move offers to clear his name - if he helps pull off a kidnapping job. Tae Sik is in for a crazy ride as he dodges the police and races to find out exactly who set him up. Troubleshooter is the first feature from Kwon Hyeok Jae, who previously assisted on the action flicks The City of Violence and Dachimawa Lee. His past experience comes into good use in Troubleshooter, which offers a full package of fast-paced action and cat-and-mouse suspense, not to mention flippant humor and wiretapping gadgetry. Ryoo Seung Wan returns the favor for his former assistant director by co-writing Troubleshooter.

Popular Hong Kong writer Chip Tsao makes his directorial debut with Enthralled. Known for his incisive and sometimes controversial opinions of current events, Tsao reflects the twisted morals of modern society through three interconnected tales of love, lust and memories. The stories revolve around the lives of three childhood friends: An overseas returnee (Christopher Goh) who falls in love with the young wife (Mandy Lieu) of an ambitious politician, a university lecturer (Tsui Tin Yau) who's searching for the truth about his late father and a handsome hair stylist (Kelvin Kwan) whose latest conquest is a rich, middle-aged divorcee (Candy Law). Tsao shows the troubled state of Hong Kong by showing the devastating effects that can happen when social classes, desires and ambitions collide.

Director Barbara Wong began her career in dramatic films with 2003's Truth or Dare: 6th Floor Rear Flat, a successful comedy that explores the lives of today's indifferent, fun-obsessed youths. For her seventh feature film, Wong goes back to her documentary roots with Truth or Dare producer/scriptwriter Lawrence Cheng for the romantic drama Break Up Club. Employing a pseudo-mockumentary style, Wong explores an on-and-off relationship with sharp observations about Hong Kong's 20-somethings and a light dash of magical realism. Faced with Wong's demand to improvise their dialogue, 2 Young stars and rumored couple Fiona Sit and Jaycee Chan bravely defy the tabloids with convincing performances as the film's on-and-off couple. A surprise box office hit in Hong Kong, Break Up Club is a funny, honest, and heartbreaking romance that thoroughly touched the hearts of the city's young lovers during its theatrical run in the summer of 2010. Joe (Jaycee Chan) is a 20-something slacker who only takes one thing seriously: his on-and-off girlfriend Flora (Fiona Sit). After their latest breakup, Joe goes to an audition for a documentary by director Barbara Wong (the director, playing herself). Handed a camera, Joe records his discovery of a magical website that reunites him with Flora at the price of breaking up his best friend (Patrick Tang) and his girlfriend. However, despite the efficiency of the website, Joe's refusal to change his immature ways and Flora's attraction to a talented graffiti artist (Hayama Hiro) threaten to break them up once more.

But the action comedy is indeed built as a starring vehicle for popular Mainland actor Wang Baoqiang (Mr. Tree), who is well on his way to A-list status following his eye-catching appearances in films like Fire of Conscience and Romancing in Thin Air. Having learned real Shaolin kung fu as a kid, Wang seems the perfect choice for the protagonist Danny Chen, an innocent young man who goes back to China from the US to succeed to his father's (Ng Man Tat) Choy Lee Fut martial school. At the airport, Danny mistakes the gorgeous Jing (Michelle Ye) for the thief that stole his cell phone and luggage, and in the resulting scuffle he is no match for Jing's friend Canglong (former child actor Xie Miao). Back home, the Chen family's butler (Wong Yat Fei) has been secretly plotting to take over their martial school, and Danny's return becomes his biggest obstacle. With the martial school at stake, it is up to Danny to master the Choy Lee Fut kung fu and defend its reputation in the boxing championship!

As the disputes escalate among the members, contract killer Oh Hyun (Kim Young Min, Madonna) tries to find out their identities.

Kim Kang Woo (The Taste of Money) plays the maniacal tyrant who brazenly orders that 10,000 women be brought into the palace for his entertainment. Director Hur Jin Ho addresses the two unavoidable facts of life in his latest film: we all want to be happy, and we all die eventually. Featuring a sterling cast headed by the charismatic Hwang Jung Min (You Are My Sunshine) and Lim Soo Jung (I'm A Cyborg, But That's OK), Happiness is a warm, heartfelt, yet brutally realistic love story about two disheartened souls both suffering from illness. While Hur's past films like April Snow, One Fine Spring Day, and Christmas In August concentrated on expressing understated love, Happiness takes a more direct approach in its articulation of love. A beautifully rendered dramatic piece, Happiness promises to be a timeless classic that inspires its audience to find their own recipe of happiness. Young Soo (Hwang Jung Min), a freewheeler who runs a nightclub, is met with life's several crossroads all at once. First his business goes bankrupt, then his girlfriend (Kong Hyo Jin, Heaven's Soldiers) dumps him, and to add insult to injury, he discovers that he has a serious liver disease. Telling all his friends that he is going to study abroad, he checks into House of Hope, a home for incurables in the quite, secluded countryside. An eight-year resident and an employee of the rehab center, Eun Hee (Lim Soo Jung) suffers from a severe lung illness, though not a glimpse of sickness appears in her attitude. Always cheerful and optimistic, she finds Young Soo's aloofness quite charming. Drawn to her strength, Young Soo also falls for her and the two become inseparable, even finding a place of their own. One year rolls by and while Eun Hee seems endlessly content, the monotone of daily routines and Eun Hee's ailing condition begin to weigh Young Soo down. Just then, his ex-girlfriend makes a surprise visit from Seoul...

When Michael Tse's popular undercover cop character Laughing Gor was killed off in the 2009 TVB police drama E.U., fans mourned his death with online memorial services and a creative outpouring of grief. This unprecedented show of support led TVB to resurrect Laughing Gor on the big screen for the blockbuster spin-off prequel Turning Point. The first film to bear the Shaw Brothers logo since 2002's Drunken Monkey, the TVB-Shaw Brothers co-production is devoted to Laughing Gor's backstory, building the legend behind the struggling small-timer who would eventually become the swaggering, scenery-chewing undercover cop that Hong Kong audiences fell in love with. Though the leading character originates from the small screen, Turning Point's story is largely independent of the TV drama and requires no previous knowledge. Previously best known on the big screen as Ekin Cheng's sidekick in Young and Dangerous, Michael Tse makes an appealing lead as the twice-undercover caught between the police and the underworld, but what makes Turning Point especially exciting are all the other names attached. Jack-of-all-trades director Herman Yau (True Women for Sale) helms the crime actioner, while acclaimed actors Anthony Wong and Francis Ng make charismatic turns as rival triad leaders. Also making supporting appearances are action star Yuen Biao, Eric Tsang, Felix Wong, Wayne Lai, and TVB starlet Fala Chen in her film debut. For the TV drama fans, there are also crossover cameos from E.U. stars Ron Ng and Sammul Chan. Undercover cop-turned-triad leader One (Anthony Wong) sends his underling Laughing (Michael Tse) undercover into the police force. But the police send him back into the triads to be an undercover under One! Laughing walks the line passing intel between the two sides, but he's running for his life from both sides of the law after a botched drug bust leaves his handler (Yuen Biao) comatose, and underworld bosses Zatoi (Francis Ng) and Fook (Eric Tsang) out for his head.

Aired in Korea in 2009, the KBS espionage action thriller IRIS headlined by Lee Byung Hun was one of Asia's biggest and most anticipated television hits of the year. The meaty, all-star blockbuster about secret agents caught in a dangerous game of love, betrayal, and national security provided so many possible stories and twists, it's turned into a franchise with a spin-off, an upcoming sequel, and a film. Developed in parallel with the original TV drama, IRIS: The Movie is a feature-length edit of the 20-episode series, with additional scenes shot specifically for the film. Some unanswered questions from the TV drama are revealed in the movie. Lee Byung Hun and Jung Jun Ho (My Boss, My Hero) star as best friends Hyun Joon and Sa Woo who are recruited together into the national security agency, but the way of the world sends the friends down different paths. Targeting a secret organization interfering with reunification, Hyun Joon finds himself up against a shocking conspiracy that sends him on a collision course with the very people he trusted most. Kim Tae Hee and Kim Seung Woo co-star as NSS agents, while Kim So Yeon and Big Bang's T.O.P play assassins.

Korea's remake of the 2007 Hong Kong police thriller Eye in the Sky, Cold Eyes transplants the intense battle of wits and surveillance to the streets of Seoul. Sol Kyung Gu and Jung Woo Sung step into the opposing roles originally played by Simon Yam and Tony Leung Ka Fai a grisly surveillance unit leader and a coldly meticulous criminal mastermind. Also on the police surveillance team are Han Hyo Ju as the impulsive greenhorn and 2PM member Lee Jun Ho in his film debut. Co-directed by Jo Eui Seok (The World of Silence) and Kim Byung Seo, Cold Eyes is the rare remake that lives up to the original. The tense crime thriller stays true to the original's storyline while also setting itself apart in character and tone through strong performances, impeccable pacing and nerve-wracking chase scenes. After taking an on-site test, Yoon Joo (Han Hyo Ju) becomes the newest member of the police surveillance unit led by veteran Detective Hwang (Sol Kyung Gu). Through tracking devices and good old legwork, the unit's task is to gather intel for other teams by finding, following and observing suspects, but never engaging. While Yoon Joo's taking her test, elsewhere in town a bank robbery occurs in broad daylight. The entire job is orchestrated down to the last second by the leader of the group, James (Jung Woo Sung), who observes from a nearby rooftop and allows no mistakes. Detective Hwang and his team begin combing the area for the bank robbers, gradually narrowing the field and closing in on the suspects. James, however, catches scent of the police and stays one ruthless step ahead, escalating the cat-and-mouse game to life and death stakes.
