About ASUS ZenFone Zoom Singapore

The World's Thinnest 3x optical-zoom smartphone Zenfone Zoom from Asus Singapore

The Asus Zenfone Zoom is undoubtedly a smartphone that places a strong emphasis on photography – as evident by the "Zoom" name. It is also the world's thinnest 3x optical-zoom smartphone, thanks to the innovative 10-element HOYA lens arrangement built into the camera module on the back of the smartphone.

It is not an easy task to build the world's thinnest smartphone with 3x optical zoom, but Asus being Asus has done it well once again. For the first time ever, you can have a smartphone with great camera capabilities and true optical zoom without having to carry a thick and cumbersome smartphone around; say good bye to your compact digital cameras as well. Besides the 3x optical zoom, the Zenfone Zoom also has optical image stabilization (OIS) for better blur-free shots and video; dual-LED Real Tone flash for more natural lighting; and an insanely fast 0.03 second laser auto-focus – you will never miss a shot again. If the 3x optical zoom is still not enough however, there is a total of 12x zoom, inclusive of digital zoom.

A Zen In Design for Asus Singapore

The Asus Zenfone Zoom is not all about the camera, its also about how it has been meticulously crafted in a 201-step process that strives for design perfection. It all starts with the beautiful aerospace-grade allow that is precision-milled and diamond-cut to craft a special metal frame that will make up the majority of the smartphone's body. Nano-molding technology then fuses the antenna seamlessly to the aluminium frame, preventing the phone from having any unsightly antenna lines on its design.

Sitting on the rear of the cool metal frame is a premium leather surface that is sourced only from the finest ox leather. The leather is then tailored through traditional Italian tailoring that is impeccably precise. It just feels right in the hand. The front facing Full HD display is protected by the tough and durable Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

PC-Grade Performance in the Zenfone Zoom

Powering the powerful features and camera of this smartphone is Intel's very own 64-bit Z3590 Atom processor that is clocked at 2.5Ghz, and assisted with a generous 4GB of 64-bit dual channel RAM; providing unprecedented levels never before seen in a smartphone of this caliber. The Zenfone Zoom's large 3000 mAh battery capacity lets you take more photos and videos before having to recharge the phone, and when you have to charge it up, it will go from 0% to 60% in just under 40 minutes – now that is fast.
