Pedro offers Standard Delivery and Express Delivery for local and international orders. For Standard Delivery, your items will arrive within 3 to 10 days, depending on the shipping destination. For orders within Singapore, the Standard Delivery option will be automatically chosen. Express Delivery is only available for items shipped to United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong, and Cambodia. Shipping in Singapore will be subjected to the local sales tax (GST 7%) which will be automatically applied while you’re completing your purchase.
The delivery time slots for shipping within Singapore is Monday to Sunday between 9am to 3pm, 1pm to 8pm, and 4pm to 10pm. Orders placed by or before 4pm local time on working days will be processed on the same day. After 4pm, your orders will be processed the following working day. Keep in mind that Pedro will not deliver any of your orders during Public Holidays.
Pedro accepts delivery to hotels and offices as long as you provide detailed information about your room or office number. The item will only be delivered to the reception area and make sure you inform the reception of a pending delivery. Pedro is unable to deliver to these restricted are in Singapore: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar/Pasir Panjang/Sembawang, and MINDEF COMCEN.

You may return or exchange unsatisfactory items within 30 days after the date of purchase. You can either return the items at the retail store or online, using your Pedro account. To do so, follow these steps.
- Sign into your account, hover above the My Account button and click on My Orders. Look for the order that you wish to return or exchange and click View Order.
- Click on the Return button and provide the site with your email address, select the item you wish to return or exchange, the quantity, and the reason for your return/exchange. Complete the request by clicking Submit.
- Wait for the Return Request Review email. You will receive this email once Pedro has reviewed your return request. If approved, the email will state return is Authorized while declined requests will state Denied.
- For approved requests, Pedro will ask for your preferred date and time for courier pickup.
- You then may proceed to pack the items to ship your orders back via the designated courier company.
- Once Pedro has received your item, you will be rewarded with store credit sent directly to your online account. The issuance of the credit will take 2 to 5 business days. The credits can only be used on the Pedro website and not in any Pedro retail shops or booths.
