Last month, China’s biggest smartphone player launched its second generation Mix Max phone - the Xiaomi Mi Max 2. At that time, the device only came with one color option which is the gold variant. It was quite disappointing for many customers, especially those who prefer a different shade to their Xiaomi phone. The gold variant wasn’t really everyone’s favorite flavor, thus affected the phone’s appeal to consumers. However, just recently, Xiaomi finally answered the plight of its fans clamoring for a darker shade of color and launched a Matte Black color version of their Mi Max 2.

To compensate for the lack of the Mi6 Plus launch, latest rumours are suggesting that the Mi Note 3 is going to be unveiled much sooner than initially planned.
